We’ll meet at the Rose Day Festival at Colonial Park Gardens in Somerset. The Festival features the park’s beautiful Rose Garden, an activity station for kids, live music, artisan craft vendors, food trucks, and rose plants for sale. Gardeners will be on hand to answer your gardening questions.
Park wherever you find a spot in the park, then meet us at 12:00 at Parking Lot A at the entrance to the Rose Garden. Enjoy the day either as a group or on your own whenever you want. Bring a picnic lunch and a blanket or visit one of the food trucks, and then join us for lunch on the lawn at 1:00. We’ll cancel if the weather forecast calls for all-day or heavy rain.
Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.
