At its Annual Membership Meeting on June 27, NJHN announced the launch of its virtual Book Club, to be held on the 4th Thursday of every month at 7:30 pm, starting on July 22, 2021. Our moderator will be Rhonda Marker.

We have chosen 3 books, based on their general availability at public libraries and in various formats:

July 22
The Power Worshippers: Inside the Dangerous Rise of Christian Nationalism by Katherine Stewart (2020, 352 pgs)

August 26
Good without God: What a Billion Nonreligious People Do Believe by Greg Epstein (2009, 272 pgs)
At this meeting, members can suggest books for next quarter

September 23
Living the Secular Life: New Answers to Old Questions by Phil Zuckerman (2014, 288 pgs)
At this meeting, members will vote on 3 books for next quarter
