NJHN January 28 Program [Hybrid]: Showing Up for Racial Justice in New Jersey (SURJ-NJ)

 

Our program this month is Showing Up for Racial Justice in New Jersey (SURJ-NJ)

Come to learn more about SURJ-NJ, part of a national network of groups and individuals organizing white people for racial and economic justice. Members will discuss their efforts around homelessness, food insecurity, Indigenous sovereignty, and more.

This a hybrid event via Zoom and in-person at the Franklin Twp Public Library in Somerset. SURJ-NJ speakers will present at the library. For Zoom participants, register in advance at:

The program will start at 1:30 PM in the Community Room. A Q&A session will follow the talk. Free and open to the public.

Everyone is welcome to join us after the meeting for an in-person dinner at 4 PM at Ruby Tuesday, 250 Davidson Ave, Somerset.
