Our program this month will be a Virtual Conversation with Nadya Dutchin, the Executive Director of the American Humanist Association (AHA).

We’ll discuss the current work of the AHA, the issues to focus on to better prepare Humanists for the social changes that will challenge and engage us in the future, and Nadya’s plans for addressing those challenges.

This meeting is free and open to the public, but requires advance Zoom registration.

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Zoom with the link to join the meeting.

Nadya Dutchin joined the AHA as its new Executive Director in December 2021. Previously, she was the Co-Executive Director of Power Shift Network, a Washington, DC-based climate justice organization where she led the Communications and Fundraising programs. While there, she emphasized that the climate crisis cannot be addressed without directly linking the impact of environmental racism on people and worked to center Black, Indigenous, and POC youth within the climate justice movement.

The program will start at 4:00 PM. There will be social time after the program.
